It is surprising to me how you do not understand the Constitution. Private institutions are under NO OBLIGATION to respect freedom of speech under the First Amendment--it is ONLY government institutions that need follow it. It applies ONLY to government response to protest. If Harvard wishes to punish pending graduates for disrespecting a Commencement, they are entitled to do so, as they are a "private Institution". They are also allowed to let it go by. I think they should punish them because they are co-opting the Commencement where many "non'BLM" students are also graduating, and also there is a large body of parents, grandparents, friends, all who worked hard to put their kid through Harvard. Additionally, those very parents are the ones who payed for the black students (most there on Affirmative Action) grants, as Harvard takes from those that pay for their kid, a small percentage from their tuition bills, to pay for those there on "Affirmative Action" grants. In conclusion, the BLM students are disrespecting the very parental population that has payed for their education. Reason enough to teach them a lesson.
Your total misunderstanding of the Constitution under which you have existed is "a priori" evidence that you have not the intelligence you continue to brag you have. Additionally, intelligence is self-apparent--you do not display that on this message board.
