It’s called credibility, you lose that when you’re constantly proven wrong time and again. And you lose credibility when you make things up that aren’t true, like scrubbing a website of videos that were never there to begin with.

Archy clearly knew the rest of the video. He knows the guy’s website and he clearly is more educated on the subject than you. I believe him because he has more credibility than you do. It’s OK to admit when you’re wrong. You actually would gain some credibility and respect doing that.
