A lot of the Freedom Caucus members. Although many of them support Trump, many of them disagree with him on some policy moves, particularly the more bi-partisan bills and spending bills such as the Omnibus. Honestly though, the "hard right" isn't all that extreme IMO. They are closer to the center than this new extreme left party. Overall Trump is highly supported within the Republican party with a few "Never Trumpers" like Jeff Flake and Paul Ryan who are on their way out.
Fair enough, but I think they are all behind him now because he is the POTUS, it's party politics, if you don't support him you're seen as helping the enemy. You look at guys like Lindsey Graham and Ted Cruz and a lot of the Republican party before he got the nomination and you get an idea of how they feel about him. Graham is warning if Trump uses National Emergency to build the wall it could put the party at war. Idk if I would say that is blanket support.
Yeah no doubt, Lindsey Graham has been wishy washy, one day he loves Trump, next day he's ready to do battle against him, and he LOVES the camera too, which he tends to grandstand a bit. Now Ted Cruz and Trump buried the hatchet and are bros last I checked, but these things can change so quickly lol.
AOC, Tlaib and others are like alternative universe Tea Party, their policies are so far left and nonsensical that they will never be taken seriously. They look just plain silly to rational people, and AOC is straight up DUMB. Like Sarah Palin dumb. I lived in El Paso for several years and watched Beto "El Gringo Chueco" O'Rourke's political career as a Councilman, County Court and then replacing Silvestre Reyes as west Texas's US Representative. He comes from a well connected family and has been groomed for this moment all his life. Went to the best schools that money can buy. El Paso politics are some of the dirtiest politics in the country. Think Mexico dirty. This guy didn't do much, but has risen through the ranks extremely quickly. He is smart and slimy. If he ever makes it to the Big Stage, watch out. There *will* be allegations of some sort. Don't know yet if anything will stick though. Mainstream media has anointed him, and will probably do almost anything to cover for him.
Pretty obvious who the sheeple are who are getting sheared. The bottom states in terms of fiscal solvency include: New York - #41 California - #42 Massachusetts - #47 New Jersey - #48 Connecticut - #49 Illinois - #50 All with very high taxes All with underfunded state union pensions that must be funded prior to any other expenditure according to state laws All controlled by Democrats “When the people find that they can vote themselves money that will herald the end of the republic.” -- Benjamin Franklin
Preliminary data show a jump in Florida home purchases by buyers from high-tax states. Home values in lower-tax areas have been rising faster than those in places where limiting the ability to deduct high state and local taxes eroded some of the savings from the federal tax reduction, according to an analysis by real estate and data firm Zillow. One of the biggest winners from this shift has been Miami. The city is experiencing more activity than usual from buyers living in states like New York, New Jersey and Illinois. People are drawn to the city by mild weather—as always—and by deals on condos and lower taxes. They are stepping in after foreign buyers, who helped lift Miami’s condo market out of a tailspin following the financial crisis, have pulled back. “I’ve been starting to see New Yorkers as Florida’s new foreign buyer,” said real estate appraiser Jonathan Miller, who publishes quarterly reports for real-estate company Douglas Elliman about the South Florida market. People in the top tax bracket in New York City already face a combined tax rate of 45%, which would increase by 12% to 50.4% because of tax-deduction changes. “A taxpayer in Florida would see no increase, probably would see a decrease, and Florida also has the advantage of no estate tax,” he said. Tens of thousands of dollars in tax savings may not be enough to prompt many people to uproot. But housing analysts have warned that the yawning tax gap would inevitably lead some residents in higher tax states to move. The savings would give an extra incentive to baby boomers ready to retire to warmer climates, or people who find it in increasingly easy to work remotely, for example. WSJ
It’s funny, the high tax state exodus has been going on for quite some time...I wonder how that has changed the (fiscal and political) dynamic of certain locales over time as they arrive and permeate the system.
Here in NH it has absolutely ruined NH as Massholes and Connecticut assholes move in. And as liberal stupidity manifests itself, they then vote for the same policies here in NH from which they are trying to escape in their states of origin. Liberals are the stupidest animal I have ever encountered. Even Paramecium and amoebas are smarter than they are.....
What Barry said. Also happening for the past several years in Montana & to some degree eastern Wash state as the libtards with money flee Cali. Seattle is already doomed, as is Portland, by the libtard tax-the-shiiiite-out-of-everyone parasites.
Those are also some of the wealthiest states in the country in terms of median household income. I guess liberals make more money
