yeah shredman, so that is fcked up

ID say both are covered under free speech
both needed to be looked into by SS, and if anything substantial is found, make moves

both are despicable, but acceptable imo

but my god that ginger is so cringey. She is getting more attention cause she is semi famous, those signs look put up by country folks with no connections to the entertainment industry

Only difference between then and now Shred is then those incidents were isolated and rare. Now the calling for the assassination of Trump is accepted and widespread from Tweeter, YouTube, FakeBook, to late night comedy, major news outlets, and Hollywood.
Remember the dude who tried to attack Trump at a rally?
Yeah that dude got the spotlight on CNN and was praised as some kind of hero.
Big difference there buddy. Big difference.

Don't remember seeing any of this before, and I read all the mainstream journals.

Regardless, this is also very very wrong.

It's people that do sh!t like this, just like the Kathy Griffin example, that ruin it for the reasonable and prudent people caught in between.

awesome, we agree on something. i feel they are all free speech as well but should be investigated. none are a good method to do something positive.

the first one was some country hick. the other one was some pastor in florida i think. did it right in front of the church (religion of peace?).

i didn't even know who this lady was until she did this. 15 minutes of fame.

o archy, those incidents were not isolated and rare. went on for eight years.

which major news outlets and late night comedians are calling for trump's assassination?

remember when trump called for the "2nd amendment people" to take action against hillary?

don't recall trump's attacker being held up as a hero. got links?

all this stuff is free speech but shouldn't be condoned. it sucks no matter what side it comes from.

Yeah that church was also the ones who started "Burn A Koran Day"
They are no longer in operation.

Yes it is free speech, but when you have major new publications like the NYT publishing editorials on why it is a good idea if someone assassinates Trump that is borderline incitement. It's sort of screaming 'Fire" in a crowded theater. Which judiciously is not free speech.

My bad it was a NYT and London Times journos who tweeted that Trump should be assassinated.
Just Google 'joke assassinate trump" and you'll get 1000's of results from some very prominent people.
At what point is it not a joke anymore when everyday you have journalists and entertainers so-called joking about killing Trump, until some mindless fool actually thinks Trump is Hitler and is gonna kill all black people goes out and actually tries?
Oh wait. That already happened. Twice.
A lie told once is a lie.
A lie told a thousand times become true.
Learn some history Shred. This tactic has been used before by elites so that a useful idiot does their dirty work for them.

    Intro excerpt from the above:
    _________________________________________
Part of the bargain of civilization is ceding the authority to commit violence to the State. (Has its own problems. Beats the alternative******.) Lord knows there are people I’d love to beat the **** out of in the street, but if I don’t get to then neither do you. No, I don’t give a flying **** who they are; you don’t get to do that.

Lefties say, “Well, that’s Nazis, they only do that to Nazis; Nazis are different, you have to shut that **** down, etc.” Great. Except that Lefties pull the same “shut this **** down!” stuff on mainstream Righties on college campuses, all the while calling them Nazis.

Hell, Lefties said Ted Cruz was a Nazi, Mitt Romney was a Nazi, George W. Bush was a Nazi. I’ve done human rights work that had me working in proximity to the U.S. military, so at a professional meeting a Lefty called me a Nazi.

So if you tell me that I’m a Nazi, and tell me people I respect are Nazis, and tell me you’re in favor of going out and beating up Nazis, guess what? I am suddenly very interested in the physical safety of Nazis.

*****FYI, I disagree with this premise of a state monopoly on force/violence, I think I should be able to hire private security if I like and not contract with corrupt police departments *****

that was individuals then not the news organization. doesn't make it better and they should be held accountable and probably were.

how about the guy that went to the "pizzagate" restaurant?

we could go on and on with equivalencies on both sides. it's still wrong.

best thing is to just condemn these acts.

so true. this tactic is being used by the current administration.

Yeah people forget about the so-called cultural revolution of the late 60's early 70's that has spawned what we see going on now.
Ffs that Puerto Rican terrorist that Obama pardoned is now the lead of the PR pride parade in NYC.
The horrors of the Soviet Union were denied by journos and politicos until the 70's. Now it's widely known, but in my estimation not widely taught in Universities.
