From what I've seen, the tanks "rolled in" on flatbed/lowboy trailers and were placed on protective mats/platforms as static displays. Hardly a Moscow or No. Korean armament parade.

 

If trump had his way, there would be tanks rolling and troops marching down PA Avenue.
