And yes, 20 yr olds know exactly what they're doing. Even if it's stupid or ignorant or short-sighted / lacking perspective. People may modify their behavior over time but they really won't change much in terms of who they are.

A 20 yr old may not think the same things at age 30 or 40, but they're not clueless children at 20. They are adults, they are legally responsible for their actions, they fight our wars for us in our military units....so let's not be so keen on granting them the free pass on 'the 45 yr old CEO banged the 20 yr old tuna, it just can't be anything that she did....'
