Agreed, this storm needs to get it's act together.

That's good for you guys and I'm glad you can get stoked. Hopefully it ends up we do too. I noticed the NW-NNW path you mention as well as the slow speed and that seemed promising to me. But it still shows a big kick NE-ENE on the models later on. Is that due to shear and water temps?

There is also a tropical wave far out, just popped up today? Is that what you're seeing?

Messy waist to chest here. I can't stand the strong N-S current, personally. I am thinking Wednesday and Thursday will be money.

Started filling gin early down here. So, its looking like rapid decline through wednesday. Regardless, I am going to make the best of it when the chance is there in case this thing gets outta here even quicker. Yesteday said today through friday, now tomorrow we see the peak and then it drops off through thursday.

Im thinking about going right now, even with the dropping tide. I know it will suck, but it's better than not surfing it.

The current is so strong out there right now, I don't find it very fun. We are looking at clean waist to stomach here on Weds, as long as the wind forecast holds up. That should be pretty fun, and much better than sloppy drifty chest high sets.

current was crazy strong yesterday, combined with a high ne wind, not sure about today. the few surfers that were out there spent more time walking the beach back to their point than riding anything,, View attachment 12124 waves were actually breaking at right angles to the shore..today does look a bit better but im betting on tues wed and thurs

I was out yesterday in it. Caught a few but it was work. For each wave caught it earned me an extra block of walking.

I heard JAX was insane sloppy mess with broken boards and bloody injuries today. Wed, thurs, look pretty good so far. Have at it!

A fishing boat crashed on the jetties and the debris was all over the place. most of it should be in flagler county by now judging by the wicked N current
