I know I'm being lazy and everyone will probably say just go look for yourself. But is there anything on twitter that posts surf reports for the sodel or oc area. I've seen other areas have twitters for this that update frequently and thought it could be handy when im at work wondering if its worth it to go out later.

thought id get this kind of response.. and im talking about reports not forecasts.. and magicseaweed sucks last week they said 5.5 footers at IRI when there were no waves anywhere and seen them saying last fall there will be 28 footers around here which is ridiculous
Magicseaweed is based out of Europe somewhere...so they can't always accurately have the data right...prob can give a s*** about us over here. Anyway, i understand where you're coming from, and it sounds like a good idea. But as he said...JUST GO SURF! A day at the beach when it's flat is better than a day at work!!!

Exactly, Twitter is for ***gots who think their important enough to constantly tell the world how insignificant their daily lives are....... On the note of Surf alerts, i think you can sign up for them in the form of text msgs which works well. I used to get the snow report of my local mountain texted to me daily, it was pretty convenient
