Haliburton. truly an evil corporation. The real story is how Haliburton is once again getting away with murder...literally.

Aside from BP, the suit names Trans-ocean, which owned the rig, Anadarko Petroleum and MOEX offshore, which were minority partners in the well, and Lloyds of London, BP's insurer. Halliburton, which has come under intense scrutiny in investigations for the faulty design and construction of the cement seal at the bottom of the well, is not listed in the suit. But Holder said the complaint could be amended at a later date, and that criminal and civil investigations into the oil disaster would continue.

No the media here just wants that whole thing to go away.

I remember when the well was pumping they were like:

"there's millions of barrels pumping into the gulf. Our grandchildren will still be living with the effects of this."

Then two weeks later they were like:

"all the oil is pretty much cleaned up."
