Going to Vegas for my brothers bachelor party tomorrow. Anyone have good stories from past trips? Get married to a hooker? Beat up? Win a jackpot? Mine have all been the same. Got drunk. Lost money. Went home sad. I did stumble into some dive bar 2 years ago and found an awesome surf rock band . Thee swank b@stards. Check em out!
I lived an hour and a half north of there, and had mostly these trips. Never sad though, always happy to be leaving. I do enjoy buying a 6 pack of tall boys and cruising the strip though, got pretty good at doing good **** on the cheap
gtfo. I'm in the Venetian right now. I work a conference with my brother's company every year. I saw random boobs on the strip and got 1/2 drunk before I work my Wayne off for 6 days. Bo's keep it hilarious while I'm gone.
Don't gamble in the newer casino's. Ellis Island has a great steak and beer combo, plus they brew their own beer. (Its a dive casino off the strip) I am sure there are others, but this one was good. Def do the indoor skydiving! Zip lining in Red Rock Canyon is awesome, too! If you are staying for any amount of time, your concierge can be your best friend. Ours really hooked us up! you can get pretty much anything you want in Vegas, just ask! Oh yeah, please bring me back a carne asada burrito from Robertos!
HAHA! I was excited that I found a hole in the wall burrito place when I moved to St. George, then I found out there are about a gazillion robertos dotting the 15 from salt lake to LA. Company buys out old fast food joints, doesnt change anything and just sticks their name where the old logos were. I dig it. I used to get their SEC breakfast burrito and watch the sunrise over utah hills
Not Vegas, but luck was on my side in Reno... Driving back from southeastern Oregon, 2010, embarking on the long trip back home. Naturally, burned most of da cheeb on the trip out and the week spent in Oregon. Had aboot 3 doobs left as we entered Reno. Got to the hotel, ordered a pizza, then it dawned on me to ask the pizza guy. Within the hour me belly was full and and I had a quarter in my hand, thanks to the righteous pizza guy Jackson.
Some people say that place is crap, I friggin love it! When the rents lived in San Diego, I used to go out there for a month or two at a time. I would eat there so much, I didn't even have to order when I came in. They would say, whats up and bring me my food. Loved it
