Coming from the East Coast, just wanted to confirm, what kind of wetsuit + other stuff do I need for Huntington next weekend?

    dos centavos

water has been 56-58 for months and has just scooched up to 60. it all depends on yer tolerance. i am chilled in my 4/3 and i see norwegians/michiganers diving in wearing a speedo.

air is warming ...it has been in 60's for a while yet will be 80 tomorrow. for next week, forecast is 70s till tues, then 60s with rain poss for weds and fri. cooling trend again over that weeknd....

the waves are inconsistent, generally choppy esp after 11 am. bigger usually means choppier. avg about 3-5 feet face over the week, with higher near the pier.

    hope that helps

water is ~60F and it feels like it is getting warmer, especially through the day. might be 58-59F during the darkest hours. a 3/2 in good condition will suffice for armor. sometimes boots :)

it's been non-stop combo swell down in SD btw. punchy, peaky waist-chest+ with some head+ sets on both sides of the ob pier. sandbars are moving around all over the place tho, making for extremely strong rips. conditions have been cleanest at dawn and dusk (almost 13 hours of daylight now woohoo)
