been watching this one myself. Euro and canadian models have this one producing the goods, american model (GFS) keeps it out to sea. I think swellinfo uses GFS, so hopefully we will all get a nice surprise.

If the Obama regime commissioned GFS then we should be getting ready for a tidal wave. Let's hope. Even Spicoli's at the end of his wits.

Ya brah, not in NE. We literally have had nothing. Complete nothingness for months. When you hear me say I got 9 rides in 40 minutes last Thurs eve, it's me romanticizing a handful of 3-5 second rides devoid of power for a bottom turn. At least the reports suck the rest of the week. Then I can sleep in a lil while longer with no remorse. Man, good thing I'm spending the afternoon at the range. I'll feel a hell of a lot better blasting dozens of rounds before blasting a wahine after suppah. Still ain't no substitute for waves.

Have some faith McLovin, they overcall the winds in Brevard all the time, it'll say 10 and under for Smyrna but 15-20 in Cocoa down through Sebass, it's almost never that big of a difference in my experience, plus a slight chance of offshores EARLY in the morning, look for the ENE / NE facing beach, should be a good time, maybe i'll see you out there

with that map i was expecting good waves, but this forecast, along with surfline, and magicseaweed say flat for the weekend.i thought a hurricane was coming up the coast.it looks like the northeast wont see any of that.3ft swell is not large swells.i only seen 2 on record with large swells which was bill, that had charts reading 14ft at 18seconds,and hurricane ida which was 11ft at 16 seconds.thats large swell.3ft windswell doesnt, and why is it a 6hr window instead of 3 days of good to epic surf like it usually is

He updated his blog... not sounding too promising.

    1. The coastal storm on the models has gone east and affects only eastern New England. I am still thinking that the later runs of the model will bring the storm back west and that areas from I-95 on east from Virginia to Maine will have at least some rain and gusty winds late in the weekend into early next week. Wave action along the beaches will be up in any case, and that may cause some beach erosion issues here and there.
