Can somebody explain next weekend (October 2) forcast? Starts Thursday. WTF is it? I'm looking at satty images and see nothing really to bank on, yet 3 different surf forcasting sites showing what seems to be a small 'cane or TS in the Gulf next week. WTF?
Yeah next weekend something is going down, Matthew is dead now and another low is going to spin off in his remains, probably Tuesday/Wednesday it will start getting more organized. From the models I have been watching I suspect a large tropical storm or weak hurricane moving northward toward FL next weekend hopefully bringing us waves!? Swell info's not accurate seven days out, at most its like three days, so anything can happen... plus all the models are going crazy right now, so that makes it even more tough in predicting waves. But there is a little south swell around this week, so good skim; there actually was an easy knee high surfable wave at Park Ave today.
