Watches... again...

Have another of theirs too, had never heard of a wooden watch when I initially received that other one as a gift. Couldn't find a jeweler in my area that would work on a wooden band because they break so easily, so I tried to adjust it myself by ordering the link tool from their website. Managed to fuck it up and break the band irreparably, sent a bummed out email to the company asking if there was any way they could fix it. They told me that model was out of stock but to pick out a different one and they'd send it to me for free (which they did). Then a week later, a brand new one of the original model showed up too. Not sure if they were stoned and forgot they'd sent me a different one or what, but from my end the customer service was fantastic! And I love the watches too, and wear them both regularly.

Only think I've had to do was replace the battery which was pretty easy. Sounds like you def scored!!
