I look last night at water temps in EMass and they were 48F. Seven hours later they're 53F, by far the high since early November.

Was there a similar jump in all of New England and NY/NJ and why?

Its definately been happening in the Delamarva the last couple of weeks. mid-upper 50s one day and paddle out at a different spot a couple days later and its 5-10 degrees colder. Next day it warm(er) again.

Guess you have to bring a quiver of suites to the break just like multiple boards

Somebody in a boat pulled up to the bouy and pissed on it.

I'm guessing that the best way to know if the water is warming up in NE is to see if Katharine is pinging.
