Never use solar rez on an eps xps foam board the polyester resin is what melted the foam on your board the best method was just explained to you by live4truth .the solarrez is dangerous in wrong hands.i just finished repairs on an old wrv that was also burned delammed, waterlogged, and had some kind of amonia smell in the foam .total off the foam restoration was required this was pretty terrible condition no collectibility in its present state but plenty of foam left .I wouldnt recommend this it took a while and whole new glass job using fresh RR epoxy resin and 11 yards of 6 oz 30 in wide E cloth.had to use solid pigment to color the board to cover the blotchy burned holes but shes done and being ridden down here in NC by my buddy who didnt think it was same board mainly cuz i changed color
