Apparently, this big nort wind is going to pile up the water in Veracruz Mx. to about 12-15 '. Have been down there 5 yrs ago, they have a long Seawall about a mile out, protecting their Harbor,, that locals say if it gets big enough, its Classic.. Beautiful City anyway..
