Bro it's just dawned on me - Gabriel Medina is the Cindy Crosby of surfing

 

Lil slow on the uptake there, Towel. Pretty much done & done that Medina is a talented surfer but a puss, for yrs now. With more talent in his digits than you'll ever have, so STFU & go back to talk radio call-ins.

Caveat: Not a fan of Medina. Less a fan of jerk-offs who criticize pro athletes from their armchairs.

Having said that, looks like long period swell moving in for the Fiji Pro = really, really good surfing right about ........now.

Speaking of Gabriel...what does a brother have to do to get the score. He absolutely tore his waves apart and got 6s. You could tell the commentators were confused as well.

 

It's nice to see Slater back and ripping it.

I only watched the heat recap on YouTube, not live. But I thought the exact opposite of you. Jadson waves were much much better than medinas. It was nice to not see them just throw the scores medinas way for a change

I stand corrected. Stu Kennedy did an amazing explosive blowtail. I did one early this morning, but not so smooth.

that is maddening. i hate medina so much
