How many times have the models called for good waves 5 or 6 days out only to end up with nothing. I tend to look at them 1 or 2 days out, and only then as a guide. As far as Wed., I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Clean up your boards, rewax them, clean out the fin boxes, fix any dings, wipe them down, polish them, store them neatly in their bags, clean out your wetsuits, get them nice and dry and warm, and by that time it will be wednesday and the surf gods just might give their thanks!!
this will be the first swell of the winter I'll be missing out on... in the process of schedualing an MRI for a spine injury. but I will be out there shooting some photos. I'll keep my fingers crossed for everyone!!!
