Wetsuit Advice

Get a rash guard with flat stitched seams and a really high neck - like a turtle neck.

 

Guessing its a back zip...Velcro around the neck...I had the same issue with O'Neill suits--switched to Xcels 3/2 and still get a rash but now on the back of my neck rather than side of my neck. Unless you need a new suit pick up some Jelly Belly and smear it across your neck/armpits. Works great...

No one will know what your talking about if you call it a suit and not a suite.

Have you tried a little shampoo? Seriously I had a suite that would give me a rash under the arm pits- so I would just whip on some shampoo on my under arms and suite up- no more rash plus suite smelled better. Just a little lub.

Good trick for getting those hard to fit booties on too- shampoo for your suite.

Reactors are flat-stitched, meaning the stitch goes all the way through the rubber and rubs on the inside. Anything blind-stitched, where the stitch only goes half way through, will be be better.

All you need is a rashguard under your wetsuit and or some vaseline! don't buy another $200+ suite just because of this. Good luck bro
