I bought one and I had the same problem, but once you get in and out of it a few times its fine. The only thing is I've had the suit only for a couple weeks and the glued seems are starting to crack. I mean its definitly not the best suit out there but if your looking for something cheep and warm to get you through the winter its fine. Considering how cheep the wet suit is its great.

I had a 5/4 that lasted 7 years I finnally threw it away cause the the legs were starting to dry rot but after 7 years who can ***** . I have a 3/2 amp and a 5/4/3 amp I never had a problem with either of them . Warm toasty and for the price you can beat it. As for there boots and gloves I havent tried a pair out of there current line up but there older stuff wasnt all that great . I use xcel drylocks when it comes to hands and feet.

You can send it right to there shop just provide a copy of the recipt or a letter explaining what happend to the suit if you can find your recipt . They can tell if the suits still in warranty or not . Since they are based out of millville , nj if you close you can just drive it to there to save on shipping. I had a 1 week turn around on a repair on a knee patch that was starting to come unthreaded cause I pulled a frayed string . But they restiched it for free . I am very satisfied with all my hyperflex stuff

Hyperflex's customer service down right sucks!!!!! Cant say for returning suits but any company that does not list a phone number on their website, I stay away from. This normally points to a company that receives a LOT of complaints and dont want to deal with them. I tried emailing them, which is the only contact info on their website and nothing. Emailed them again and NOTHING.

I can get Pro deal on their wetsuits and thats 40% off retail and I decided to buy an Xcel instead. Wasnt prepared to take a chance and having to deal with warranty issues with a company you cant get a hold of!

I have 2 Hyperflexes, a 3/2 full and a 2mm short sleeve full. Both are excellent, stretchy and flexible. For winter, I've heard good things about their front zip hooded 5/4. Personally, I don't want to take chances for water temps under 52 degrees, so I went with the Xcel Infiniti Drylock for cold water. But you really can't go wrong with the Hyperflex models.
