my 3 year old xcel suit seems to be on its way out. after patching 3-4 small tears Its still letting some water in so I'm assuming the waters coming through the seams since I cant find any holes

Any thoughts on whether or not its worth "aquasealing" the seams around the areas the water is leaking? or maybe doing all the seams?

are there any tricks/ tips to making this suit watertight?

the material of the suit is still good and stretchy, I hate to buy a new suit if I don't have to

Over time your suit will not hold water like it did when it was new. It could be that water's just starting to flush through the rubber itself.

    All suits have a lifespan.

Buy a new one ... Three years with heavy usage is normal...
I tried to aquaseal and even buy and re tape seams in the past on an old wetsuit... It was constant work and cold and also left me with a few rashes.. Lol that was over ten years ago tho and suits these days are made much better. So a new suit should last you longer buy one for next year within the next few months and you'll probably find a good deal
