Anyone know who can replace a zipper on long island? I have a ripcurl suit that is out of warranty but in great shape. Except that the darn zipper ( handle thing?) broke. Ripcurl customer service never gets back to me. I just want to bring somewhere to get it fixed

If I send it to cali..I might as well send it to rip curl although the lack of the ability to contact a real person there does not inspire confidence. You do hear stories of companies fixing everything for free so who knows.
the pics are bad..harder to shoot than I imaged. . I wash my suit religiously but either the zipper slide is/was always crap or I need to up my "washing skills" game. The pull thing cracked off . I soaked the zipper in vinegar and hot water and now it slides well. Going to lube the zipper teeth with some silicon but the metal slide needs to be replaced. Maybe Bunger sends these things back? My thought was a sail/marine fabric store or a seamstress???... But sending to RIPCURL might be best. I was going to try to drill a small hole so I could reattach a cord but that seams impossible.
