    No registration for a moped in Maryland. That thing sucks, I was waiting for it to careen out of control into oncoming traffic. Love his surf trunks.

    Ma dog, yes that's true what Trev says, in all jurisdictions I know of. The draft animal is in ultimate control and will not act in recklessness so it's not a threat to public safety. We all need to purchase equine support.

    ^kinda splittin hairs here but still not a dewy. Also I'm suprised that its illegal in kentucky but legal in North Carolina. Strange. That deputy is a ****.

    That thing just another version of a GoPed, only difference is there aren't any handle bars. Looks fun though!
