my summer job when im home from school is working in a sheet metal shop fabricating mostly duct and spiral duct work along side the sheet metal workers and pipefitters. i work insane hours but the pay is equally insanely good for a college summer job. still manage to surf atleast once a week though so i cant really complain.

By the way, it was "you all" not "yall". It's printed clearly in the title.

I saw a couple mechanical engineers here. I'm going to major in either mechanical engineering or nuclear engineering (mechanical for 3 years then split to nuclear). How is the work load? If I'm near a beach, will I have any time to surf? Or is it a ****load of work
