We make cookies and muffins. Getting ready to do some baking with Nutela and Marshmallo Scream on graham crackers. Found the recipe on the internets. sounds delicious and a bit scary. the M S is the wifey's idea.

Maybe I'm assuming those applicable are familiar with the acronym ABV. I was worried about the li'l childrens. So it could only make sense to me and the voices in my head.
    So, ABV could mean,
    Anti Ballistic Violin
    All Boy's Vomitorium
    Already Been Vaped
    Aardvarks Be Vicious.

and fug the lil chirren, Says the voice way back in there.

It seems like the method I mentioned is superior to all others I've tried. Baking at 250 for 22 minutes gives time for decarboxylating.

that's an awful lot. I take 2 graham pieces(each the size of 2 reg cracker end to end) and smear Nutela on one and Da Scream on the other. I put a teaspoon of ABV on each sheet. Sammich it together, wrap it aluminum foil, and bake. The portion is a piece a quarter size of a saltine or eighth size of a full graham. full on body with a hint of hypnotizing agent.

I use butter or coconut oil and spread it on toast or dump it into smoothies

I found another recipe where you take a g of ABV and put it in a cup cake dish, fill it with olive oil enough to cover the ingredient. wrap in foil and back the 22 min at 229. strain then dip bread in it. hadn't tried that yet. waiting for Maghetti night.
