Unfortunately, going after them also hurts small business. All your favorite mom and pop coffe shops, surf shops, whatever stores will be hit the hardest. They always are. This is exactly why Main Street USA is a ghost town. It's too expensive to operate a business. If there's no profit, there's no point. Policies like that don't hurt the 1%. They can absorb it. Small biz, not so much.
