    on the bay side of landis avenue/ocean dr in Whale Beach (between strathmere and sea isle city) there is the "ocean city research center". What the heck is this? It looks like a lot full of windchimes or something. Aliens? Psychedelic research? Always wondered about it.

    its a paint testing area . they test house coatings and how its effected by shore weather

    When you drive by it there is a sign that says it all :rolleyes:
