Get some stuff. I brown the potatoes and ham first. I know this isn't that healthy, but it's delicious and it's great if you have a house full of guests or whatever. Mix all ingredients Slap it into a baking dish I prep it the night before. I baked it covered at 375 for an hour, then uncovered it and went a little longer. You can judge your own time.
What is the can on the left? Creamed corn? I think the 2nd can is cream of tater soup. You could always throw some eggs in to make it healthier It does indeed look like a good thing to prep ahead to feed a hungry mob 1st thing..
"Weekend gourmet, with chef Zeroevol" is a propre threadde title. Surely to run a few hunnit pages
Capedog, it's cream of chicken. I should have added, do not salt this, there is enough in the ham. Def good for a hungry mob and it's heavy, so it fills ya up quick! Towelie, I would read that threade. Ha 1 can cream of chicken 1 can cream of potato 1 container of sour cream Bag of poatoes 2 cups cheese Ham or whatever meat you want
Work breakfast consisted of sausage egg and cheese bagel and a quart of chocolate milk. What is it, that fried clams and GreenHead ipa's wake you up in the middle of the night? Falling apart here!
If you aren't yet, you will all be FAT and lazy soon, if you eat all them fatty foods. Next board you buy will have to be a 10'6" "shortboard"!!! Real rippahs!!! lol
Ha Ha, fat and lazy I will never be! And this is a once every couple months meal, not an every weekend deal.
Ham, sausage or bacon fried up with potatoes, onion and green chile (maybe the occasional egg) served up in a warm flour tortilla. Breakfast burritos every morning yo
When I go to PR, this is what I have most mornings--I return a few pounds heavier than I want. Of course, eat dinner out most nights doesn't help either....... At my age, it is harder to get rid of. Sucks....
why are you not hanging at the wall barry with all those washed up live free or die characters o barry
The key is to stay active. Regimented workouts and exercise, you don't need to run but walking or biking do wonders for your heart rate and to burn off the calories. I don't need to preach this and I'm sure everyone is aware of it. Probably the worst stuff you can put into your body are meals from burgrkng mcdnlds or any of the fast foods. Pure poison! I don't go to any of those places, no need to. Breakfast shops or a good deli is much better. Now go sweat like a pig!
I have my own chickens, so its usually eggs and toast, or a veggie omelet. Fresh eggs you cant beat them....haha
