Ok now I understand... Thanks Tard I have a quicksilver. It's cheap and I like it. Works good. No bells. Oh yea- no whistles either. But it flexes and it's light and sealed. And oh yea- it was cheap. Kelly skater wears this wetsuite. I hear #saltlife is coming out with a new suite Thanks for reading my post You guys are great Your bff Mr Belmar
Xcel. I have a 3/2 and a 4/3 hooded Drylock. Starting its third season. Never got cold last winter even with snow on the ground. Very comfortable, flexible and warm.
i been rocking BODY GLOVE VAPORS the last 3 or 4 years . fits nice , toasty , and light weight, stretchy , but pricey .
wetsuites not sure but i'm confident that XCEL boots and gloves work well, they had better cause we surf in the coldest water anywhere....one time trump marina had a reading of 28degf.
tru that. Excel suites don't fit me properly, but I rock their gloves and boots all day. Oneill suites around the guts.
This is the main issue with suits in my opinion...they need a proper fit. Most companies have high end suits that are stretchy, liquid sealed, etc. Depending on your price point...you can pretty much get a quality suit with a relatively good warranty (some better than others), but the long and short of it is fit...flushing issue...fit problem...
For short square haoles such as myself, I find O'neill suites to be very good. I have a Rip Curl springsuite that i like very much. I would like to support the Patagonia company one day but those suites are above my pay grade at the mometn.
100%. The fit and condition of a suit is more important than its manufacturer. This is where a lot of cats go wrong. Get that thing fitting like daisy dukes. That said, a Drylock suit that fits rules all.
I was looking for a new 3.2 last week and figured I'd give the drylock another shot at fitting. Tried 3 different sizes, no bueno. Ended up getting another pyrotech. This thing is like a big, comfy, stretchy, body pu$$y, always 98.6 no matter whats going on outside.
