surf movies are not only great entertainment, but with the use of the slow-mo button, they can also be a step by step guide in the progression of your surfing.

on that note, what are your top 3 favorite surf flicks???

    mine, in this order

    Globe's SECRET MACHINE
    Volcom's CREEPY FINGERS
    Volcom's BRUCE MOVIE

Now are we talking about hollywood surf flicks or legit surf films? Cause hollywood surf movies can be awesome. For me its a toss up between Point Break and Blue Crush. Both are hands down awesome. But other then that i usually watch instructional skim vids. Just trying to come up in the skim world. Surfing just doesn't make sense to me. I mean i've seen what goes down at that North Side. Who couldn't ride one of those giant logs? Give me a small piece of fiberglass with handles and i'll show you something.

oneill's all aboard and the endless summer. I dont watch surf movies too much though. Theres some babes in blue crush. Its funny how surfers hate when Hollywood tries doing a surf movie.

One California Day is really good. More of a storyline to it than just punk music and surfing. North Shore is a guilty pleasure. North of Nowhere is a great northeast film with good music.
