I've been studying the forecasts for cape cod this weekend and unfortunately there are several that say this weekend will be negatively affected by winds and several others that forecast awesome double to triple overhead waves. anyone including admin have another opinion about Bill and the conditions for upper cape (eastham to p-town)

if you look at the Swellinfo timeline graph, you will see conditions improving through the day on Sunday as winds shift more to the W.

Wind conditions are looking good right now for the late day, but the biggest problem here is that the surf might be too big, and it may be too chaotic.. But, I'd assume the further north you go on the cape, the better.

i was in the cape for a week and i just got back. totally flat, but really fun.

my suggestion is if you have a truck, obtain a week long permit for the national seashore (from provincetown to truro) and just cruise checking spots. it's a little less exposed on the northern end so you may find something a bit more manageable. although, they may have closeures due to the high tide, and if that's the case, there are plenty of accent points where you can still get on. good luck!

    .

that would be great if it were true, oldtimers surf competition is this weekend and all the locals come out of the woodwork when swells hit, so have fun surfing one of the best swells of the summer with giant crowds
