    my professor in one of my classes who deals with waste waster management told me not to go anywhere near longbeach or west of the great south bay due to the raw sewage and debrie coming out of hempsted bay.

    Read Mike Nelson's article on Surfline........if it happens on LI, how many other towns had to do the same thing....hang in there everyone....we're in for a long winter.....
