I frequent that area too and if I had to take a wild guess I'd say you ride a blue log? Pretty sure I've put two and two together after we shared similar ride reports.

Nope we didn't have bikes, but I think I did pass those ppl you were speaking of.

That board actually came from the letgo app. I've gotten some crazy deals off of there. Highly recommend to anyone on here.

Yes, that's where I saw it; Letgo... all kinds of good deals on there... along with an app called OfferUp is pretty good too, seems a little more popular

I do have a blue log, among many other logs and boards as well... so yes, it may have been me but then again... it may have not been me Ha! pretty sure I know who you are too btw

Really fun this AM. Small though. Knee-thigh but with a nice wall with the low tide. Rode the mini. I'm still getting blown away by that thing every time i ride it. Full cutbacks with the rebound, and not just easing through it but a real solid turn. Had one left that was really fast. Mini kept up and was able to fit in at least 3, maybe 4, down the line speed snaps. Or whatever you want to call it. For a day as small as it was, its awesome to be able to still surf a wave like it was 2,3,4x its size.

Got a couple hours in this morning. Not too bad for a Friday morning in August! Thigh high and glassy.

Got a few at a remote beach yesterday afternoon... it was lining up surprisingly well, both left and right. Mostly small... knee to thigh high. But every so often a two wave set of wast high runners would drill down the sandbar. Rode the 'ultralight' 8'0, but would have taken out the mini-sim or fish if I had known. Water seemed warmer than the air...

Left my mini in my truck after work yesterday. This morning's forecast was looking similar to yesterday, and yesterday was tons of fun on the mini. Woke up early, cheeked the buoy. Crap. Yesterday was 2ft@8 sec.... this morning was 1.3ft@9 sec. Might be to small or weak. Should i grab my LB? Probably. But my "surfboard room" (yeah, i have a board room) is just off the bedroom and i don't want to wake the fiancee. Especially if it'll be flat anyway. I'll just go check and hope for the best.

There was somthing. Similar to yesterday but weaker and not as fun. Got a few flowy cruisey rights. Nothing like jesters but enough to have fun for about an hour. Tide filing in killed it quick unlike yesterday where it helped Tyne shape some. Glad i got out, it was a nice morning. Attesting to feel a little like fall. Sands a little chilly on the feet, more comfy throwing a hoodie on after the sesh. Love this time of year

Holy smokes was it fun today in PCB. First time making the trip, was not disappointed. Water was crystal clear and the sandbars were effing magisterial. I posted up next to a pier and got barrel after barrel trading off with two other guys. Could not believe no one else was out. They were as surprised as I was. Not sure if the swells gonna stick around but I'll be here in the morning to find out.

Was there visiting my family last week and it didn't get over a foot the whole time. Had chest high surf the previous week and I missed that too.

    Happy you got some anyway.

    Pictures?

Fun waist to chest nugs in South Joisy tonight with two of my buoys and no one else in sight. Wind made it shifty, but there were definitely some lining up and running. Mini simm was the ride of choice, but I could have been on one of my shortys.
