Had a two a day sesh yesterday. I’m feeling absolutely obliterated today. Surfed about 6 hours in total.

Was out in the morning when Surfline was claiming “very good”, but it actually sucked. Very warble like, but big set waves 7’-ish. Got a few in the am, but it was the pm that went off. I got some amazing lefts and rights. Size was there still with 6’ on sets, but it just cleaned up so much. Had great push too it and it was hollow. When the set waves broke it sounded like thunder. Got some of the longest rides I’ve had in a while. Definitely stoked.

Surfed at first light this morning--waves were mostly chest to head high, a few sets 2 ft overhead. Great drops and nice long high walls to run on. Best session I have had in a very long time. Only one other guys out, a good friend of mine I had not seen in a while.
Was glassy as well. Was on my 7'8 G&S Magic round pin tail.

There's some dumb MFers I have working in the rain right now digging up a sewer line that really doesn't need to be dug up. This what they get for screwing up my surf day yesterday. Red spray paint and little red flags that say "buried electrical cable" means DO NOT DIG WITHIN 3 F@CKING FEET. Morons. I can't fix stupid but I will make their live miserable until the next swell.

Lunch time sesh off Dam Neck after morning rains. Waist high or less and close to low tide, but was the only time I could get out. Had a few dolphin keeping me company. Water approaching mid 50s now. Ready to shed that hood.
