Maybe KR was being a tad facetious, as he is wont to be, but he has a point: dang, this country is crazy expensive. And the taxes....WTF

 

It is expensive but I know a lot of the , ahem, younger folks think they are supposed to get out of school get a top paying job and start macking right away. Latest greatest of everything if you know what I mean. Damn I sound like my old man now.lol. Nothing is getting cheaper for sure.

 

That culture of material acquisition & material excess is unattainable. Maybe why so many people around metro DC are miserable, rude focks.

I don't envy the millennials one bit.

 

Just traded in my 2009 flip phone for a brand new one after today's sesh. It finally died. I Had to shell out $1.06 for The new LG flip phone. Now I feel rich.
