Who uses "base coat" before wax?

    Munkey sucks, IMO. It didn't hold up well in the SC summer conditions. Melted easily and was a complete mess. I had that **** in my leg hair for weeks. It did feel grippy when it actually stayed on the board, but it isn't worth the mess.

    I use it if i have, does seem to help in keeping the bumps on...

    tried the Munkey, it's ok...i like Bubble Gum's version of the FU wax a lot better, but agree...it's better for the summer months.

    i use it for colder temp waxes but not for warm or tropical temp
