Who wants to film me ripping Hatteras this week?

Naw i'm regular, but lefts are fine with me. My buddy goin is goofy, he'd be stoked to hear theres a lefthand point.

My wife and I have gone in late October and late April and both times were uncrowded, hoping the same will hold true next month. I only remember one day in April that was crowded and it was a BIG day (8-10) at Maria's, but the next morning I hit it at sunrise and had it all to myself on the left overs, which were still HH+. We haven't been in Dec. / Jan. yet, from what I hear it can be a zoo, so IDK if we'll ever go that time of year.

I know the times we have gone aren't considered peak swell months, but I lucked out both times with solid waves. Never had to leave the area. One day I considered going up to Jobos / Wildo but found a spot that was breaking good enough for me. When on vacation I don't like traveling for waves, but I will if that's the only option.

It's nice being able to wake up, get some grub at the bakery or Banana Dang, then head down the hill to Sandy Beach, Maria's, Domes, etc., get a sesh in, go back to the room just up the hill, take a nap while it rains, go back out for afternoon sesh once the sun comes back out, then have drinks at Tamboo and possibly some dinner, or maybe head down to Shipwreck's or Villa Cofresi for food / drink. Another spot that popped up that is really good is this place around the corner from Tamboo called Red Flamboyan, which the food there is fantastic, especially the seafood mofongo, OMG that's goooooood! Sorry, just getting hype thinking about it.
