As I have said before, envy gets you nowhere. Speaking of morals, your post shows a complete absence of them. Apparently, your parents failed. And so have you.
Keep fighting the system. That too leads to failure, as you clearly demonstrate.

You love the wallstreet cock. Wow, you must be the ahole who talks about stock in the lineup which causes people to kill themselves. Keep going after that money, it's definitely what people remember when you're gone. Let's get the hype train going. Market crash! Market crash!

By the way Barry, do you live close to the beach.

^hey Liam, lighten up. Not sure what your beef is with America, but there are flights and boats leaving the country as we speak. Maybe you should be on one. Turn the popypunk music off, stop shopping at Hot Topic and go read a book. Or while you're on your flight, you could read Title 7 CFR (Agriculture) and Title 40 CFR (protection of the Environment). America has a democracy and unlike the old monarchy that we seperated from, does a pretty good job of letting it's people demonstrate social freedom and civil disobedience. Source your food.

Liam, we all need money. We all like money, a lot. This is truth. Find me one person who is completely independent of corpo-America in this country that's off-the-grid. Nobody.
No matter what anyone tells you, money does indeed buy comfort, security, and leisure. It does not buy happiness, but it will make your life easier (but could complicate things). I feel like you might have an issue with folks who have accumulated wealth? Greed is one thing, but bettering yourself career-wise to make your family more comfortable, to give back to your community, buy surfboards, collect cabbage patch kids, etc, is OK with me.
I dunno man, if what you're saying to folks here is sincere, and not intended to rile folks up, you have problems dude. I just wanted to point that out.
This is so far from surfing, I don't even know how I got here.

The funny part is that you only say this when you were caught. You are a typical BSer. It's hard to believe anything you say after that. True poser. You would be perfect in sales. I would love to see you surf since this is a surf site.

I don't have an issue with money. I'm comfortable and content with what I have. I love my job which gives me flexibility to enjoy surfing and my family. I sometimes like to get under people's skin on here mainly because they are many people who act like they know everything. They don't. We all are born, live and then die. That's it. The living part is fun and you don't have to be a slave to money. It actually makes me sad to see people robbing peter to pay paul to buy **** they don't need. That new ipad, smart phone, cock ring, whatever.

My main problem is with wall street. These people don't provide any real service. They don't build anything, provide a service for making things easier and don't help people. They usually rob them and gamble other's peoples money. They take advantage of old people who aren't knowledgable. Wall street would have failed years ago, if our stupid government with my tax dollars didn't intervene. They should have put it to a public vote before bailing them out and then we would have watched them crumble. They risk other people's money without any risk/implications themselves. Hey they wager people's retirement money and package mortgages into junk bonds. Then, when they lose all the money, the public or insurance company bails them out. That is the problem and it what is wrong with society. Wall street is reflective of the society we have become. Just look at kids these days that feel entitled to all these gadgets and items but frown at some low paying job to put hair on their balls. It's a different time and money is king. You only realize this isn't the case when life gets harders and you lose things that it doesn't matter. It might make things easier but why should it be hard. Don't over extend yourself, don't max out credit cards. Just live within your means and you will be happy. Johnny poor now needs an ipad because he saw the other kids. Sorry Johnny, doesn't work like that. Except your place or save up for it.

Best to live within your means without credit cards and debt. Then, you can be happy. Almost all these people try to make more money to buy things they don't need. YOu really only need home, food and transportation. I'm not against money. I'm against greed and if it affects my family. Don't drive a car you can't afford, live in a house you can't afford by not even having 20% to put down, and then expect responsible people to bail you out. People who actually saved (remember this idea) their money should not have to have their tax dollars handed out to Gordon Geco wannabes or to people who shouldn't have signed a mortgage for a house they could't afford. Instead we actually help out the losers but don't ever help out the people who are doing things the right way. Not a great example to be setting.

    Now, back to surfing.

@Liam, man you hijacked this tread with your BS about hating America and the greed of possesions. Doug's post was about GMO and the fact that surfing heads like kelly and dustin volunteered to be activist. There's maybe 4 post of substance here. And weak sauce on your digs, take notes from the other burners. One of the most misquoted passages from the BIBLE, 1 Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. And if you have a problem with Corpro America, become a Business Lawyer and specialize in Antitrust & Trade Regulation -that's how to fight the system. And really man, look up the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) I called out if you care about how agro/enviro laws are written.

I do apologize to Doug for hijacking the thread. My posts are still relevent to GMO and other topics. It's all about morals and how greed/money can destroy them. That is all I'm saying. You don't need to look up any regulations to realize that Monsato doesn't care about human life/safety but is more concerned with money. As you say, source your food from farms that aren't using Monsato seeds. Just forget about soy seeds. Monsato's legal team have literally destroyed local farmers lives and farms to stop people from using non-monsato seeds. Try fighting them legally and it goes on for years and bankrupts small farmers.

The best thing is to label GMO foods and stop buying foods made from Monsato seeds. If everyone started doing this, the flow of money to Monsato/Dow would stop. Then, they would move onto some other form of evil hopefully not affecting what we put in our bodies.
