    You never see Kelly wear Outerknown. Will he wear it at the OuterKnown Fiji Pro? If so, I want to see his thighs afterward.

    I like the fact that Kelly puts his money towards forward thinking companies/products. Crazy that pro surfing has an athlete who's company is sponsoring a major event that he is in though. That wouldn't happen in any other sport. Not a bad thing just another uniqueness. There is no chance that his sponsorship will play into results.

    For the product though, I'm not so sure Kelly believes in the performance. Those boardshorts are made from recycled material but have 0 stretch. Apparently you can't create stretch from a material that is recycled and degradable at this point.

    If anything the judges may be a little harder on Kelly.
    As far as the stretch thingy, you sure bout that?
    If they don't stretch I wouldn't be surprised if he has his good friends at Volcom make him a few trunks with his logo on em.

    Pretty sure. I heard an interview and they mentioned that the material used to add stretch doesn't allow the shorts to be recycled.
