Winds switched?!

    Winds switched offshore early...and are blowing fairly hard. Do you think with the swell size and period from Hanna (and Ike :D) that it will remain Head High with the occasional Overhead set here in N/Central Monmouth County? I really hope we all lose size because of it and be bummed in the morning somewhat. PFS!...HIGH surf! ;)

    Just checked Sea Girt and I'm not that impressed. Wind should knock it down a bit overnight, although I have no idea what's going on with IkeSwell. Hanna moved though so damn fast, I took a nap and I missed it. Now it looks like it's just gonna burn out over land, so all we can do is count on Ike. Kind of a letdown, Hanna was a dud.
