Winter ding repair

    Wondering if anyone does ding repair in very cold temps, usually I'll have it professionally done but i'd like to give it a shot

    It can be done but it depends with materials you paln on using to do the repair.

    I have used suncure for minor repairs when the temp was around 45 degrees

    But if you using a 2 part resin pre heat you work area to at leat 55- 60 degrees to have proper curing. It will take longer but you can play with the catalyst / resin ration to speed it up a bit .

    if the need is to get it done pronto, you can use a halogen lamp over the area to heat it up. it works well.
