winter or summer surf in fl ?

    O k this is a bit objective but not counting on storms which is better on the central florida east coast winter or summer surf ?:confused:

    i think you meant subjective. objective means without opinion or bias. not sure what is worse, that or your overall question...

    the best time is winter, but time your visit with a swell or you will still most likely get skunked

    Winter by a long shot for anything South of Cocoa my friend. Summer has it's moments, but very storm dependant. In the summer I tend to go North to New Smyrna / Ponce Inlet where it picks up the smaller summertime swells better and will provide something rideable on days where Spanish House / Indiatlantic will be FLAT. In the winter you'll find the South region lights up a bit with the NE swells. Hope this helps.
