Amanzi did you actually want to discuss your cramps or are you just looking for attention? Some of your responses were uncalled for and rude. Not exactly nice to do to people when you are asking them for help. Just my 2 cents.
Reading Amanzi's posts and reactions feel like re-reading my earliest posts on SI (albeit minus 1k words apiece!). Then again, my comebacks were definitely solid and I came right back at the cats throwin heat. I don't mind dis braddah. Got no problem with someone who at least tries holding they own. Amanzi, bro, how come you just started posting now after 3 years on SI? Not that it's worth anything, and brevity/silence is probably worth WAY more, but I had more posts than you on my 3rd day here.
Bro your posts have been on point lately. They're always good though. I gotta get out to the 808 at some point. Especially with Incest 91L shotting its britches.
Only reason I started posting was because I had an actual question that was surf related. Otherwise I think most of social media is a way to avoid having real relatiinships.
Tell em KP!!! I'm F'n in you're F'n OUT!!!! I cramp up at least half the time I go out surfing. I attribute it to my steady diet of PBR at night and coffee in the morning. Something that helps me is doing the downward dog yoga pose before paddling out. It really loosens up the hammies, back, and calves. Give it a go, if that don't work, there's always performance enhancing drugs. Although I never heard of a bodyboarder on roids. Well maybe in Bellmar or Venice Beach.
Haha. Good one. There was an article in our paper today about a trainer for a local college f'ball team that eliminated a bad cramping prob with the players by having them drink gatorade with salt added. Most said it tasted like schit but no cramps in last weekend's game vs. many players down due to cramps the week before.
