I was on a roof and everytime I looked east I gasped. The first 3 was from the beach which felt 20 degrees colder than the roof. The first shot was from the roof the other 3 from the beach. I've surfed the s side of the CBBT. there's a big parking lot. I don't know if it's private. I had the wife sitting in the vehicle. This morning on local weather, there was a shot of a long pier with a sweet peeling right hander. I think it was the one attached to Lynnhaven Fish house.
for real?!?! That's a rare gem. I have scored it really clean and waist high there. Kinda weak, but the fish was working just fine. This was the day before the bombs at the jetty March of 2013. The Low pressure was really cranking and I guess I wanted some nostalgia.
I've caught long tube rides in Buckroe beach Hampton, and some fun sloppy chest highs at the OV fishing pier Norfolk. During hurricanes of course.
