The BMW plant is outside Greenville, SC and The Mercedes plant is out in AL somewheres... The Southtern Americans working at these plants are very glad to have these high paying jobs too. This happened all because of free trade and had nothing to do with War and conquering a country in 1945.

True story: My senior year of high school, my counselor asked me what I wanted to do to prepare for college. I told her I wanted to learn how to juggle, open a beer bottle with my teeth, and then snap a beer cap across a room with accuracy. She then asked what did I plan to do in college with this skill set.
I told her I planned on joining a punk rock band.
I'm proud to say I managed to reach all of those early goals. I advise against opening too many beer bottles with your teeth.
Now I'm a productive member of society.
