well damn saturday is lookin GREAT now. not huge by ne means but cleaner than it has been. surf-forecast got it down for 3 and 2 stars. venice light texture for sat? st pete sideshore choppy? why the difference? location of the low is my only thought. whatever. itll be warmer too.....
ding ding round 1. fight....

 

All of you guys are fools. I Just became a member, but I have been watching this site for a few weeks now, and, I have decided that, this, is absolutely the worst site ever. Hey webmaster, do you NOT know how to get an accurate forecast. I promise all of you who live here on the West coast, 7-12 mph winds are not going to create a windswell, Morons...Zach

I'll be surfin saturday no matter what. if its crap its crap...if its good, its good. surfin is free. cant knock a person for gettin excersise. sure it looks great if ur riding a wave, but even if ya trying gettin spilled, paddling and missin ur still gettin a workout. still out n nature. still gettin a break from family life.
still in paradise.
ne ways i see on 2 other sites swell for this area to be between 3.5 and 5 ft. with 3 and 2 star surf ratings. so there will be swell. how choppy disgaynised smooth textured that remains to be seen....gtg to change a dirty diaper peace "swellinfonites"

3 piers today

went to 3 piers at 1:00 today and i estimate it was at waist w occ. stomach. choppy but side shore was mellow. at aboout 3 it died of for a bit but then smoothed out to bumpy 2 an 3 footers. I got down the line.
in my opinion early am tomorrow or pm after 2:30.
on a side note: its funny how i see these kids drive up say "it sucks" and leave. ive seen like 3 diff sets of kids and never have they been surfin, jus drivin. I bet their good drivers........

 

Mr toobad i can see that you are fairly new at this whole surfing thing, but There are alot better spots than the pier to surf, depending on the swell. A little advice, dont concebtrate on getting up and down the line, as much as you should know where the waves will break with the direction of each swell...And as for why I got an Account on here, well it is to laugh at the newbies on here and poke fun at others. I actually use Magicseaweed and surfline for my reports, at least I know those people and can trust what they say.

looked at 3 spots and all 3 look to be waist+ with chest sets rolling through every 5+ mins. pretty clean with almost 0 winds, and when it does blow enough to be felt, its offshore.
I dont know about you, but Im out the door packed to score.

I had fun...alas i had to come home early for babysitting duties.

Can Someone please tell me what the deal is with this picture, oh and By the way, i caught Cocoa Pier Today and WOWOWOWOW it was super fun...Wait I think I have seen A guy out at the Cove a few days back that looks like that...and his name was Willow, ohhhhh OK i get it. Does he Know His pic is up on this Website? I can't imagine how many copyright laws are being broken putting that on here....Zach

i feel ya on 3 piers not being that good of a spot. im not that good of a surfer so im trying to stay outta peoples way. now i saw the pics on gulfster from yesterday, with beautiful barrels. please pm me with the location of good spots so when im consistant i can hit cleaner breaks, better surf spots.
