    Bros I drove to southern New England to score some parental stoke and be reminded why I live hundreds of miles away... Snagged two desperate sixers before I left the north country.

    Otter Creek (VT) Hop Session Ale - As I am spoiled by microbrews, I am definitely surprised at how tasty this was. It tasted like a lighter high end mircrobrew IPA like Zero Gravity Conehead, but very similar to Hill Farmstead's Edward. I give this beer a 9.7. I was blown away at how good it was. They say its a cross between an ale and an IPA.

    Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA - Sucked. Just sucked. I don't like their beers. Disappointment squared.

    That was last night. I am sure there will be more to come...

    yo check out magic hats IPL (indian pale lager). Like a session brew and an ipa. Kinda hoppy super drinkable. I guess you got to be a magic hat fan tho...

    Champagne and oysters this morning.

    Grapefruit sculpin and green flash brewery hop head red (red ipa) later, both are great. Got some two roads pils for the lighter end at 5%, pretty good too

    Xmas = Wake and bake, drink lots of coffee and BS with family for a few hours, go surf for 2hrs, have an ice cold Modelo post session, continue buzz maintenance with a spliff to the dome, chug two rum and cokes, switch to Vodka Hunch Punch and continue till motor skills begin to decline, hand keys to wife, go home and and burn one more time before passing out... Is it New Years yet?

    My xmas w my own beer advocate rating

    Started w green flash double stout black ale 95
    Then some green flash west coast ipa 96
    Stpped it up to a pounder of carton 077xx 97
    Then shared 2 stone enjoy by ipa 12/26/13.... Its a 100
    Followed by sculpin of course 99 might have been 2
    Another carton can...
    Then a ballantines cuz someone wanted to try it 92
    I found a dirt wolf bottle too so that probably happened 96

    Xmas my house 35 people no time fir dutchy stank so had to rock the pen hard... I dropped some shatter and lost it too... Just said f it its xmas no worries

    Sorry im late here but when did metard return? Usually they dont come back. Good for you kid

    All beer talk should include a score... New rule
