Pensacola, FL:
Good afternoon! We have SURF! Yahooo!!!! Just got out of the water and had a blast. The winds just went offshore about 30-40 minutes ago. The wind is blowing out of the NE at 8-10 mph and it's starting to clean up the surf. The surf is running waist, rib, chest, and even shoulder high depending on where you paddled out at. The Cross looked really fun this afternoon and the so did the Pier. We just got a message saying that Escambia schools are out tomorrow. Super bummer for us. We wanted free baby sitters for the morning session. Haha. We will give you a sunrise report tomorrow morning. Have a great Sunday!

Pensacola, FL:
Good almost afternoon! The surf is UP! YAHOO! It is waist to chest high. The winds are hard out of the East at 10-12 mph causing for choppy and drifty conditions. The drift was bad at the pier because it wasn't breaking right up close to it. The far right break and on down the beach looked better than right up against the pier. However it was zipping guys down the beach post haste. It's only going to get bigger. The cross was breaking. It is really crossed...haha...up with the wind but it is still putting out a decent wave to surf on your longboard. It looked like the guys at the pier were having a hard time gaining speed on the waves. We will have you a report later right before we go surf. Our evening pics will come up late this evening. GO SUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRFFFFFF!!!!!

Got Surf?? Yeap! Finally something breaking on the outside that I can fun with. Most of the surf this summer has been shore break. These pictures are faces that are breaking out about 75 to 100 yards. AS soon as I 'm done with reporting the surf, I'm going surfing. NOTE: WE HAVE A 40% OFF SALE ON SELECTED ITEMS AND WE ARE SELLING OUR RENTAL EQUIPMENT. GARY, COROLLA SURF SHOP

Choppy and almost blown out. My advice is to stay home and secure loose things around the house. It doesn't look like we will be in any trouble but lots of rain on the way. Be safe.
