Going to be small again today but who knows what the storm will bring this weekend. Hopefully the storm fades no one gets hurt and we have epic surf. Have fun and be safe.

Pensacola, FL:
Good afternoon. It is a gorgeous afternoon out at Pensacola Beach today. Guess what??? There is still surf to be caught. Yup. Looks fun too. The cross is running knee high with some bigger sets. I wouldn't call it thigh high there though. The Pier is running solid thigh to hip and there are some waist peaks ever so often but you really have to wait for them. Great longboard surf for sure. The winds are blowing out of the S at 7-9 mph causing for semi choppy conditions. Looks we have some surf coming our way... one way or the other. Hopefully we do not get hit with this storm. We will give you an updated report at sunrise tomorrow. Have a great day!

It seems that everyone has been scoring waves in Central America this summer so Sebastian Moreno and I decided to do the same.

Pensacola, FL:
Good midday! The surf is still up! It is knee to thigh high and sometimes....soooooooometimes a bigger set sneaks through. The glassiness that came about this morning is gone. The winds are onshore again at 6-7 mph causing for a slight chop on the Gulf of Mexico. It isn't messing with what form is left though. There really is some stuff left! The cross had four peeps out and there were little lines coming through to longboard on. The Pier...which was EMPTY...had some great semi-glassy lines coming through. One could even shortboard it if severely desperate. It looked fun...and empty. Surf should drop for the next few days, but Isaac is giving us a little hope for something substantial!!

Pensacola, FL:
Good morning! The surf is still up but a lot smaller. The wind is onshore at 4-5 mph causing for a chop on the surface of the Gulf. 18th is barely breaking at knee high. The Cross is breaking around knee to thigh but disorganized, and the pier looks like it is running knee maybe thigh plus on sets but they are few and far between. Things seem to come together later in the mornings so we will see. Hopefully the wind will clock around out of the NE like all the wind models are saying it is doing right now. Sunrise usually changes everything, so we will have you a report later this morning. Keep your toes and fingers crossed for some decent swell from Isaac!
